Yes. We assess existing systems, custom software and solutions from different vendors. Where possible, we integrate and modernise them in stages, preserving existing investments and reducing the need for unnecessary replacement projects.

We first analyse dependencies, critical points and operational constraints. We then plan testing, releases and intervention windows with the client team. The work can start within a controlled scope and expand gradually, with remote or on-site activities where needed.

We analyse devices, connections, access controls and network management practices. Based on the risks identified, we define measures such as network separation, controlled remote access, monitoring and operating procedures. The programme can be aligned with IEC 62443 standards and NIS2 requirements.

The initial analysis reconstructs the current state of systems, assets, integrations and data flows. It provides a concrete basis for decisions: issues to address, priorities, target architecture, implementation phases and investment estimates.

When there is a concrete problem, sufficient data and a process where AI can deliver a measurable result. We assess data quality, integration with existing systems and the impact on people’s work. If the context is not ready, we first define the steps needed to prepare it.
